Born and raised in Bossier City, Mr. Evans is a descendant of the family of the city's patriarch, Pierre Evariste Jean-Baptist Bossier. His desire to help people and his unwillingness to back down have allowed him to succeed when dealing with challenging cases.
He is married to Geneva Evans, a retired Bossier Parish teacher, and they have three children: Clare, Sarah and Will.
